Drawing on years of experience in the finance industry, Loeper’s new book, Stop the 401(k) Rip-off! Eliminate Costly Hidden Fees to Improve Your Life (Bridgeway Books, October 2007, 978-1-934454-07-7, $15.95), reveals how hidden fees and expenses in 401(k) plans are potentially costing American workers billions annually. Loeper details how workers can discover hidden 401(k) fees, how to get their employers to correct the excess expenses and also how to use the expense reduction to make the most of their financial futures. With his five simple steps, Loeper says it is possible to add more than $100,000 to your retirement nest egg.
